Photo taken at the 1959 Beaux Arts Ball,
a Hospital benefit costume party they often attended
with friends. Everyone came to Schirtzinger Road
house for dinner first, then dressed and left for the party!
This was a 'Roaring Twenties' theme.
Daddy is kneeling in front and Mother on his knee.
The dress she wore was all handsewn beads and VERY heavy!

Mother was most remembered as being a 4th grade teacher,
then an Art Teacher
at Hilliard schools between 1956 ~ 1981.
She retired after Daddy's passing in June, 1981.
