Me Musing . . . August 30, 2009

We have been working slowly the last few days, but wanted to send some updated photos.

I sort of freaked out this afternoon when I painted the outside of my front door . . . purple. At first it looked waaaaaaay too much, but after it dried I decided that I liked it.

Eb almost has the floor done

And the upper kitchen cabinets are painted

I had gotten some wooden knobs and painted them
but they looked a little drab just on their own
so I put some pounded copper behind them

These are new additions also . . . gifts from friends . . .

A whimsical clock that brings in all the colours
I have painted!
I especially love it as it makes NO SOUND!

The perfect little table next to the telephone chair

I decided it too needed a knob and copper

The knob is some kind of rock!

The house is taking on its own personality before we have even moved anything from here into it! Each day is a new Adventure.
